Thanks for tuning in to Team KI Ken, Ilja today we show you exercises how to commit the whole body to make your gyaku tsuki stronger have fun 4 things are important first, there are 3 bodyparts 1.knee 2. hip 3. and the back shoulder they have to retract and move at the same time 4. while doing that you have to press your heel into the ground strongly everybody has a strong and a weak side. Therefore you have to do more on the weak side. Now the second exercise we concentrate on “hiki te”(retract one arm back to the hip.) using aspects of exercise 1 Now we concentrate on the striking arm but don’t forget Exercise 1 and 2 we hope you liked the video have fun and train hard OSS and till next time your Team KI

  1. Video ist sehr informativ aber ein paar Kritikpunkte habe ich. Erstens gleiche Lautstärke für eure Tips und intro bzw outro.
    Zweitens Musik viel leiser machen. Die lenkt einen nur ab.
    Drittens hab ich keinen kiai gehört xD
    Sonst alles top. Macht weiter so
