All-Star Cheerleading Routine : All-Star Cheerleading Routine: Upward Clasp

So you are here on eight. One, and. Two you
are going to shoot up to a high clasp. I am squeezing my ears with my arms. My elbows
are not meant, they are nice and straight, and I am above my head. Now notice I am going
to turn to the side so you can see, my arms are slightly in front, they are not too far
back, they slightly in front, I can see them out of the corner of my eye. So this is where
your arms should be. They should be covering my ears, okay? So I am nice and tight. From
seven, eight. One, and, two I shoot it straight up. Now I do not bend as I am going up. All
I do to make sure that I have proper placement for two is to shoot straight up from my clasp.
I do not move my shoulders very much, I do not rotate forward, I do not rotate backward,
I am nice and tight and I am squeezing my head. So I am going to take you through that
much. Five, six, seven, eight. One, and, two.
