In this stunt, the girls are going to perform
a ground up liberty at prep level to a prep and then the dismount will be a pop cradle.
When back basing a ground up liberty, it’s important for the back base to have one hand
on the ankle and the other hand underneath the rear of the flier so that they can really
push her up. And as we always say, safety first. Make sure you have mats the first time
you practice any stunts and that you have people spotting you. Ready. Here we go. Ready
up, prep, pop cradle, ready one two. In this stunt, the girls will be performing a prep
to a hitch, back to a prep and then the dismount will be a pop cradle. For the flier, it’s
important to remember that she puts her weight on the foot that the main base is holding
when the hitch is called out. Now you should also remember that safety comes first. Make
sure you have mats the first time you practice any new stunts and that you have proper spots.
Ready, five six seven eight. One two three four five six seven eight, one two. Hitch,
ready one two, down, pop cradle, ready one two.
