Speaker 1: We’ve moved through a little bit
of strength training. We’ve also done some jumps. Now, we’re going to move into a little
bit more stunt specific. We’re going three toe touches resisted, three un-resisted to
kind of wrap up your work out here. All right. Here we go, three resisted toe touches. Very
good. Now remember when you’re using the bands, you want to work through the resistance. Don’t
stop when it wants to stop you. That’s how we gain a little bit of strength,
that’s how we become more powerful. Very good. Now as we unclip our bands, we want to make
sure that she clips them on the same side over here so they are not swinging around,
you don’t want to get knocked in the face or something. It’s nice and controlled. Unclip
the other side. Put them there. Now we’re going for three un-resisted. Be sure that
you are in control of your body here. This first one is going to feel awful light so
make sure you’re under control. Very good. Two more. Work with the lighter feeling in
your legs. Make sure you’re getting up as high as you can. Setting the range of motion.
