Cheerleader

Cheerleader

Abby: This gym has seen a lot of games. A lot of wins, a lot of losses, but today
we’re going to play a game when as soon as you’re defeated, you become a cheerleader. Are you guys ready? Kids: [in unison] Yeah! Abby: Let’s do it! [music] Kids: [in unison] Rock, paper, scissors, shoot! [chatter] [cheering] Abby: What game did we play today? Cheerleader. Abby: How do you play the game cheerleader? So, you do have two people. Abby: Okay, two people. And they’ll play a game of rock, paper, scissors. Rock. Paper. Scissors. Paper always beats a rock. A rock always beats scissors,
and scissors always beats paper. Abby: So what happens after somebody wins
between two people? Um, the person who loses becomes our cheerleader. The winner goes and finds another winner from
a different group and they play each other and it just goes around until we find a winner. Abby: That’s awesome! [cheering] Abby: Oh, yes! What happens when you both choose the same
thing? You basically just go again until someone
chooses a different combination and wins the round. Abby: So eventually somebody wins, right? Yeah. Abby: All right. So how do you know who the winner is? The last person that wins, wins the game. [cheering] Abby! Abby! Abby! Abby! Abby! [cheering] Rock, paper, scissors, shoot! Rock, paper, scissors, shoot! Rock, paper, scissors, shoot! Rock, paper, scissors, shoot! Rock, paper, scissors, shoot! Rock, paper, scissors, shoot! There’s always winners and losers, but there’s
always winners. [cheering and shouting]
