‘Competition Gets Fierce’ Season 14 Recap Ep. 3 | #DCCMakingTheTeam | CMT

– Good morning. Panel interviews help us determine if someone is camera-ready
and conversation-ready for the many roles as a cheerleader. – Do you know who the owner
of the Dallas Cowboys is? (upbeat music) – I do not know the owner. – That would be really
important for you to know. – You’re out at an event and a little girl walks up to you and asks, what does that star mean on your uniform? What do you say to her? – I think the star represents
the Dallas Cowboys. Having that on our uniform
is just so special. So I think it resembles
just so many things about this organization in general. – Christina just kinda
had a lackluster answer that had no depth to it and
it really was off-putting. – Finals is, hands down, my
favorite round of competition. They’re going head to head and the competition really gets fierce. – This is the day that
everybody’s kind of waited for. It’s the razzle-dazzle show day where every person, both
rookies and veteran candidates, bring their best 90 seconds, their best of show in a solo presentation. (dramatic music) So we are going to start. (audience cheers)
Number one, Amy! Today there were quite a few, what I call, energizer routines. ♪ Woman, you know you, woman ♪ ♪ You gotta be, woman ♪ ♪ I got the feeling of love ♪ ♪ When you’re talking to me ♪ ♪ See right through me ♪ – [Kelli] She’s a powerhouse. ♪ Feeling of love ♪ – [Kelli] Great showmanship
always grabs my attention. Beautiful technique,
people that are memorable. ♪ She’s a woman, you know what I mean ♪ ♪ You better listen ♪ – Woo! ♪ Listen to me ♪ ♪ She’s gonna set you free, oh, oh, yeah ♪ – Kicks are important
in today’s competition because there’s just no
mistaking what precision and flexibility and strength and stamina look like on the big screen. (tense music) Gabby concerns me a little bit. – Gabby exhausted me, got
out of shape and spastic. – This is a very competitive
year for two reasons. The new talent coming in
is highly experienced. And our veteran class
that’s re-auditioning is the largest we’ve ever had in history. Welcome to training camp, Gina Marie. Bridget, Heather, Maddie, Victoria. Number 20, Christina, Natalie, Julia, Alexandra. 21, Kristin, Brett, Shondi, Ashley H., Amanda, Lily, Kelsey, Kat, Meredith. (audience applauds) Thank you ladies, and congratulations. It’s a real mixed bag of emotions. Because I know I’m making
some dreams come true by calling their name and number. And I know I’m leaving
others in their chair and breaking their hearts. Now that finals are over, we will have our first team meeting in 36 hours. The real moment of truth
is when these ladies walk into our lobby for the first time, knowing they are in training
camp and it starts tonight. And how they manage that pressure can be the difference in
making the team or not. (dramatic music) (upbeat music)

  1. Wait a minute! So, y’all gone cut Gabby for not keeping up with the rookies and veterans, but y’all gone keep Christina even though she didn’t know what the STAR meant for the Dallas Cowboys? This is all rigged 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

  2. Those dreadful mutton dressed up as lamb women, who puts women like that in these trumped up roles, those poor talented kids. Has that keeli Twinass in the red dress or whatever her name is has had a stroke cos she’s got a dropped mouth on the left side

  3. hey Cassie Trammell, today a gorgeous baby dugong died even tho rescuers tried to save her. REASON-plastic in her stomach! 🙁 now she's dead, but hey no worries you got to release helium balloons! we all know u r the most important thing in this world. no big deal she died….DON'T litter, and DON"T release helium balloons!

  4. Not sure why they didn't try to work with Gabby.Like to let Jay Train her in the gym like in the earlier seasons!!!Really like her!!!😪😪
