  1. All these "STRONG and EQUAL TO MEN" women filing complaints against men. I told you women can't compete in a mans world.

  2. Good for her!!! I hope she wins, the Saints are a bunch of filthy conservative assholes, so fuckin' what if she posted a body paint bikini pic? Big deal

  3. The rules are properly in place to protect these women. But no! Not good enough! They don't want the rules. They want to be sexually harassed or they won't be happy. Can't have it both ways, cunts…

  4. Here's an idea. Make professional sports an hourly wage job, with a common middle-class wage, and start changing the culture so that these people are not treated as celebrities. Cheerleaders can earn an hourly wage. Players can earn an hourly wage. These wages ought to be no more or less than, say, a teacher makes. Get rid of all of these social media rules, let players and performers be responsible for themselves.

What I'm trying to say is just get all of this out of the sphere of public influence. We, as a nation, need to start holding up more constructive things on our collective pedestals.

Seriously. Glorifying people who throw balls, and placing them above teachers, doctors, policemen, engineers, and scientists is just… Ridiculous.

  5. Women like powerful men. Men like beautiful women. It's a love story not a social issue.
New rules → let happiness be .

  6. Thats bull shit. You have players getting busted with druge getting DWIs Spouse abuse. And the ladies get treated like this. I hope she cleans their bank accounts.

  7. It takes two too tango, so only one is allowed to dance, following cases brought against players.
If you want to reverse the process you need cheerleader shows , with a football match after?

  8. It's on overreach by the NFL against personal liberties. Players and Cheerleaders are adults and no company should reach into their private lives. If they are engaging in legal activity then leave them alone. We don't need a rule for every fucking aspect of life so fuck off NFL.

  9. Pleasing to the eye….. but if I were a parent, I'd never want my daughter to do this. Get a good education, get a stable profession to last you even when you age.

  10. I think she looks great. But, she violated rules set by her employer, that she agreed to getting the job, I would say she's out of luck.

  11. Someone needs to create a law from all these fuckers coming out years later and crying for good knows what …

  12. Oh I'm sorry people watch the NFL for the game and cheerleaders it seems to me that the NFL was just trying to protect women so I don't get but this is all about I guess she wants money

  13. Please let's be real cheerleaders are trying to catch a big paycheck by marrying a football player………….she new the rules, but yet because she is a women..Rules don't applied to them, lets not forget Adam and Eve…

  14. That’s why the nfl is employing male cheerleaders! Score one for the nfl! And I don’t give a fuck! Everything that is football can suck a cock! Which is what’s going to happen anyway. It’s an in the closet sport!

  15. I think she has a good case. Her Instagram post is whatever she wants on her personal time. Ppl have personal lives get over it 2nd players need to learn self control, they shouldn’t be able to message cheerleaders

  16. Her job is to look good, why’d they fire her for looking too good? And hot damn she’s doing a good job cause she’s drop dead gorgeous and if she has a beautiful personality to match her looks oh boy she would be winner

  17. Well she broke the rules but the rules are a bit one-sided…. FCUK the NFL regardless. Anti-American a$$holes. Take a knee and eat a bowl of D***.

  18. THAT DISMISSAL WAS HARSH. THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN HER A WARNING FIRST. MAYBE A SECOND WARNING, AND THEN A DISMISSAL. AS FAR AS THE RULES, BEFORE TAKING THE JOB THE CHEERLEADER AGREED TO ABIDE BY THEM. SHE HAD ANOTHER OPTION AND THAT WAS TO FIND ANOTHER JOB.

IN THE MEANTIME, THEN SHE CAN TAKE ACTION TO CHANGE THE RULES IF SHE FEELS THEY DISCRIMINATE. BUT THE NFL IS A PRIVATE ENTITY, SO THEY PRETTY MUCH SET THE RULES.

SHE DOESN'T REALLY HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT SINCE NO ONE GOES TO NFL GAMES ANYMORE, SO THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY FOR HER TO FIND A NEW ADVENTURE. GOOD LUCK TO HER.

  19. Wow, I don't think the Interviewer understood what she was talking about when she said they told her she was "Dirty Faced" in the picture. Whoever said that to her in HR should be fired immediately.

  20. Fuck your rules… waaaahhhh, I'm being discriminated against fro breaching a contract that I signed.   And in light of the #lookatmetoo movement I would think that the players for their own safety should be avoiding any contact with the cheerleaders.

  21. I immediatly don't care when I hear #Metoo but these girls don't deserve to be treated this way and I hardly watch football. They should not be discriminated against. Leaving a place because a player walks in is just extreme! How about they tell the players to stay away from cheerleaders since they are the ones with more power and advantage in the situation? Sue the NFL some more!

  22. The NFL manages to restrain players from contacting attractive women, but they can’t make them stand up for the anthem?

  23. All together now.
Apenis, apenis. Is a thing that I posses.
I thank the Lord that I've been blessed with more than my share of apenis.

  24. Yet another reason I stopped watching pro sports over 20 years ago. I frankly don’t give a damn except to say you signed a contract that you violated and should be held accountable. If you didn’t like it you should have renegotiated.

You opted not to take this route so Now you’re fucked and you deserve what you get. It’s not okay to live your life as an unaccountable entitlement minded twit.

  25. She was fired over a private instagram post? That should tell everybody that even if your account is private, it really isn't. #1984

  26. why does she wanna work for them ? and why is there two different sets of rules for males and females employed ? and why shouldn't there be ?

  27. Fired over private instagram post smh…when rules break or violate First Amendment that in itself is illegal.

  28. Players can flirt with the cheerleaders, message them, be in the same space during off hours, talk to them, but the cheerleaders can't say more than two words, have to leave if a player is the area on off hours, have to keep their social media private so the players cannot find them, cheerleaders cannot pose in a one-piece suit but players can pose with non-cheerleaders with less on. I would say, the former New Orleans Saints cheerleader has a winnable case!

  29. This is B.S. talk about double standards on all points! If she walks into a public place she has to leave? OK but it should be if the player walks in the player or players should leave. The NFL SHOULD PAY THE PRICE.

  30. most of you who say she broke the rules and deserved to be fired are pathetic,, New Orleans Saints could of told her the posting was against their rules and remove it and then give her a written warning,,, .why the heavy handed approach .i am sure the player break the rules all the time,, how many of the player have been caught driving drunk or having fights in public ,, how many players have made themselves look like dickheads while out in public, in every job i have worked at you get warnings before you can be fired,

  31. WTF is up with her attorney's dress. An entire studio of people and no one told her that she looks like a unicorn puked on her?

  32. She decided to take this degrading job. She knew the rules and broke them. Her fault. They don't owe her anything. If you don't like the rules–don't take the job.

  33. I gotta agree with the cheerleader on this one. Cheerleaders should be able to post whatever they want on their own time and be in any restaurant or public place regardless of a player being at the same place or not.

  34. What is the point of NFL teams having "professional" cheerleaders? The whole concept causes more problems than it's worth.

  35. There is a reason why those rules exist. But this is a case of a jealous co-worker. It has to be. Good grief. You can't even cut and paste an image from instagram, so someone went through a lot of effort to obtain the image to post online. That's just an evil person. She also has a point, if they are supposed to avoid players, there should be a policy for the players to avoid the cheerleaders. It's just fair but it protects both sides too.

Honestly, I don't see anything wrong with the image. How it's viewed only demonstrates the person's true character. That HR guy saying she had a "come get me" face, is really saying that is how he see her. The HR guy should be investigated. I bet they would find some shady practices in his free time.

But I do have a question. I know a pro team cheerleader is a volunteered position. They don't get paid and work full-time jobs. Well, at least all the teams I follow. So how can a volunteer get "fired"? LOL

  36. The New Orleans Saints HR department broke into her private Instagram account to get this picture? Sure sounds like it. No one likes or respects a sneak and that is how their HR looks like if they hacked her private account. They apparently do this with all Saints employees? You do have an expectation of privacy when you have a private Instagram account. This is going to cost the Saints big in court. Put me on that jury.

  37. These girls better stop biting the hand that feeds them… Being a cheerleader may not pay as much as they'd like but the notoriety they receive makes up for that… No one is forcing this job on them… If the NFL did away with all those girls they would not be missed…

  38. Those rules are meant to prevent lawsuits. A woman can sue the NFL if her husband is cheating with cheerleaders. Not saying I agree though. Especially getting up and leaving because a player enters the room. Hell no, finish your lunch. Otherwise they better comp the meal and extra for waited time.
