How to increase your Punch Strength in Boxing ft. Lee Ok-Sung | Olympians’ Tips

MY WORKOUT A lot of boxers use dumbbells for shadow-boxing training. But today, I’m going to
show you how to train the basics of
boxing, front arm jab and back arm
straight, using dumbbells. I used to do this exercise
every night when I was competing. FRONT ARM JAB The first we are going
to do is front arm jab. I’ll do it five times
to show you. Do it 100 times without rest. Afterwards, take a small break
and do three sets in total. CONNECTED JABS We just did individual jabs. This time, we are doing
connected jabs. As you step forward and back,
you’ll throw two jabs. One as you step forward and
another when you step back. I’ll do ten to show you. TIP 2. JAB AS YOU STEP FORWARD
AND JAB AS YOU STEP BACK Do it with full power and
speed. Do it 100 reps, 3 sets. BACK ARM STRAIGHT Next, we’ll try
back arm straight. Get into your position.
I’ll show you five reps. TIP 3. DO ONE STRAIGHT EVERY
STEP FORWARD It’s one straight per step. Do 100 reps, 3 sets with a short break
between each set. This exercise will improve your speed and power. I hope it helps you. MY WORKOUT

  1. Sorry, but Koreans are not known for world class champions. Should've went to Cuba and ask them..

  2. 한국이어서 한국어여서 딴지거는 사람이 많네. Hey, he's a professional player and coach, even though he's not famous.
