Hey guys I’m Carl and today I want to go over a few steps on how you can learn a cradle on trampoline which is a back drop half turn back drop So let’s get started. First off you have to have a pretty good back drop and a nice stomach drop or belly drop. And to go over these positions a little bit more when you do a back drop you want to land in the middle of your back and can have your arms all the way up or your arms down a little bit and look like a dead bug. The position is going to be on your back with your legs up and arms either here or arms here You’re also going to want to have a doggy drop and on a doggy drop you’re going to land on your hands and knees at the same time and trying to keep your back nice and rounded and flat like a table and not sit on your tail like this. On a belly drop you’re going to land with your arms bent like this and knees a little bit bent and try and land on your stomach nice and flat. So for the first step of a cradle you’re going to want to do a back drop and stand up and then do a doggy into a belly. The next step is doing a back drop and instead of standing up going right from a back drop into a doggy into a belly. The next step is doing a back drop and passing through a doggy without actually stopping in it straight to a belly. The next step is doing a back drop into a stomach drop and after you land on your stomach bounce and do a half turn to your back. And the last step is do a back drop and as you’re coming up to go to your stomach do a half turn to your back.
