  1. I love how Mr. Miyaga tries to be proper and bow in victory but Daniel embraces him and he says the hell with it and hugs him back.

  2. This is still so bad ass. I love that he won using something Silver mocked! I’m a serious Karate Kid nerd. 😂

  3. This was really demoralizing for Mike Barnes. So much so that he quit Karate and started engaging in illegal street races and semi-truck heists.

  4. Qué estaba haciendo Daniel antes de dar el golpe final? Cómo se llama ese movimiento de brazos y manos? What was Daniel Doing before givin the final blow? What is the name of that movement of arms and hands?

  5. The fact that John Kreese showed some restraint and didn't go Ron Artest at the spectators who threw the t-shirts at him shows that at least he improved a little bit since the KK1 and KK2.

  6. This is my most favorite scene of all the kk films , pt mrta is xclnt , rlph m – the warmth between them is incredible . As soon as myagi is helping dainel ur minds eye flashes back to kk 1& 2 all tha wrk thyve dne 2gether awsome . But wat really pisses me off , is that dainel could kick ass but mke barnes serouisly destoyed dnls cfndnce l mean shit danel son 1&2 u kicked it . But mke brns the bastard killed dans mojo , but now myagai will bring dainel back – u actually feel like myagi is talking 2u lol😀😀😃so now look out barnes dainel-son is back & your 😢😢😢😢😢😢

  7. I think it would've been better for the 2nd and 3rd movies to be the other way around because I think it would've been more climatic to the series for Daniel to win in a fight to the death than another tournament and then it could've ended with him and Kumiko being together

  8. The bad guy teacher was so ridiculous I was half expecting him to say "Ok part 4 of my special formula for winning; sneak a knife into the tournament and stab your opponent when nobody is watching".

  9. Such a goofy movie but I can't help but still love this last scene.  Not so much rooting for Daniel here but because of what Miyagi was trying to convey to him about fear

  10. The adjudicators of these tournaments completely fail in their duty of care. Barnes was already on a warning for holding on to his opponent and repeatedly kicking him, yet the referee does nothing to stop the repeated verbal abuse when Daniel is on the ground. Daniel could lodge a formal protest and have the Cobra Kai school banned from competition.

  11. Mike Barnes was a true Cobra Kai, never taking no for an answer and never stooping himself down as low as to congratulate the enemy

  12. It's funny that once Daniel was no longer scared, that's when Terry and Mike were both visibly intimidated. People like that thrive off of the other guy being mentally weaker.

  13. The amusing thing about Mike is that he didn't have anything personal against Daniel, everything he did was to get his money deal

  14. I always wanted to see more of Terry, Krease and Barnes reaction after the defeat. After all the torment Terry put Daniel through, it was hard to see him just walk away in disgust

  15. I disliked how this third movie messed up Miyagi and Daniel's friendship until the end, that was just too painful, and I could not buy that Daniel would fall for being misled that way after everything he'd learned from Miyagi. However, I love that what really got him back on track in this final fight was when his opponent insulted Miyagi. You can see that that's what really got Daniel's attention, the insult to his mentor and best friend. He wasn't fighting just for himself anymore, but for Miyagi's good name and karate reputation.

  16. In 1984 I was a long term bullied 11 year old girl. Meek, scared and a victim. I saw this movie and Mr Miyagi turned my whole life around. A fictional character did more for me in 90 minutes than my family, teacher or school system had in 7 years. RIP pat morita and thank you.

  17. Danial should had lost this match. Seriously. Mike Barnes hit Daniel 28 times throughout the fight and Daniel hit him one hit at the end to be victorious. Mike barnes should have won this fight. Poor Daniel had to suffer throughout the match.

  18. It makes no sense!Daniel fought in a deathmatch against Chozen in Part 2, and now he's afraid to lose points for that idiot in a local competition?

  19. Its over homie its over! Yo im afraid! Arthur son! Not ok lose to opponent and you best not lose to dis nigga!!!!!! Stands up hits opponent wit da finisher! Da winner and Grand Champ! Arthur Ballinger IV!

  20. I'd love to see a scene like these but with Jonnhy Lawrence and Miguel Diaz instead of Miyagi and Daniel, maybe in Season 3 or 4.

  21. Mr. Miyagi's words uplifted Daniel while Barnes' words pissed him off and woke a sleeping dragon. Barnes' mind was poisoned by Silver and Kreese from the beginning. Daniel singlehandedly managed to defeat Cobra Kai on two occasions, because his mind and spirit guided him to victory along with Mr. Miyagi's teaching.

  22. Come on.. All u guys sayin this should of been the 2nd, and the 2nd the 3rd.. "How can he not be scared of a death match but of a tourny with points"!! Ill tell u why.. Because sure if danny boy dies in the 2nd from being in a death match that still makes him bad ass in my book! I mean sure he's dead but now imagine him losing to Barnes at the ALL VALLEY CHAMPIONSHIP!!!! Not only would he loose and Cobra Ki win the trophy, but Cobra Ki wins at life!! Now look at what happens 2 daniel, he becomes what johnny was in the first epsoide of Cobra Ki, a bum, loser, broke, living in the past douce!!! So hence we would of never had a kick ass new Corba Ki Series to watch!!So u all need to thank Daniel for being scared of Barnes..

  23. I love this film. I think it is just ad good as the first. I don't know why people say it isn't that good!!!

Though Terry Silver is an AWESOME bad guy!!!!

  24. Mr. Miyagi is the man. He fuckin knows how to handle every situation. When Daniel faced him and bowed, Miyagi knew he got in his head and then when the camera showed Miyagi while He was doing kata, you could see in his face he was thinking “yeah that’s right, bitches” hahah. Oh man, God bless Miyagi. RIP Pat Morita.
    #Legend

  25. I suppose Mike had to get a real job after this, unless another evil millionaire hired him as a temporary bully.

  26. Talk about 2 types of motivation for Daniel, first is Myagi saying "Hey, get your head on straight". Then is Barnes yelling and screaming, redfaced, and wide eyed, I was expecting to hear a "HEY ABBOT"! come out of Barnes there.

  27. Barnes was right to a certain point, Daniel's karate wasn't worth shit! Daniel learnt from and trained with Miyagi over so many years, but in every single instance where Daniel had to defend himself, he always needed Miyagi to come to his rescue…

  28. I’m loving Cobra Kia and am really impressed with Johnny Lawrence (Bill Zabkas) acting

  29. so the dude takes an ass whoopin the entire match but wins in the end by scoring a single point… lol sure.. great writing..

  30. Mike Barnes and Terry Silver played such great roles. Daniel was a douchebag and that is what people should take away from this.

  31. I love to see Daniel win but Barnes is right about one thing – Daniel is no champion, at least not when it comes this tournament. He fought 1 fight, and only scored 1 point while there were many competitors who fought multiple rounds.
I read the screenwriters made it this way to avoid a rehash of Karate Kid 1, but they might have been better off doing that

  32. Barnes lose cause their own game
Respect to MR. MIYAGI for teaching Daniel & saving Johnnys Ass in the first place
    So There is COBRA KAI😁

  33. Considering Kreese almost killed Johnny for losing to Daniel after KK1, I wonder what happened to Mike Barnes given that a millionaire took time off solely for the purpose of beating Daniel to HELP Kreese.

  34. This is literally up there with the most inspirational moments in film history. Nothing more powerful than when a man finds himself again!

  35. Man, That Barnes-Silver combo is a total step above the Kreese-Johnny combo from the first film. Barnes is no remorse, awesome bad guy. He and Silver are the only two guys that can save the cheese factor of the Cobra Kai series.

  36. COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ! COBRA KAİ!

  37. I'm huge fan of the Karate Kid trilogy as well as the Cobra Kai series. This was a GREAT scene, but in my opinion, the entire KK3 script was trash. Daniel should have been a much more formidable opponent…not some wiseguy who barely retains his title with a single point. After the "life and death" fight with Chozen, should those guys have been able to get in his head and break him down so easily? It seems as though the writers were more focused on making Daniel look like a chump. The hot redheaded chick friend-zoned him from the very beginning. When that happened, I knew it wasn't gonna turn out good for Daniel in KK3. He then disrespected Miyagi throughout half the script. As a 30-something man, I find myself cringing and shaking my head at the third installation. They did right to bring back the story in Cobra Kai, as KK3, although good, didn't do it justice. It's good to see Daniel living like a champion on and off the mat (of course, I've only seen Season 1. Hopefully he won't revert back to being a fuck boy).

  38. Its a bit funny that in every final the main fighter is injured 😂 in Episode 1 and 3 and in Cobra Kai the First Season Robbie the same

  39. the essence of these films goes to the first movie when Daniel first meets Miyagi and he teaches him about the bonsai trees. Daniel asks, 'how do i know my tree is the right one. Miyagi response, 'if come from inside you always the right one'.

If you learn nothing else from these films watch this scene over and over. this is about goals.

The second best scene regarding wisdom is when Daniel begins training. Miyagi takes him aside and says, 'walk on right side, safe. walk on left side, safe. Walk in the middle, sooner or later, get the squish just like grape.' This is about commitment to goals.

Each person has choice of religion or discipline to decide their vision, worldview. However, if vision is correct direction and commitment is all one needs.

    These are such amazing films.
