Here are three exercises for improving
dynamic knee stability after an MCL sprain. Maintain balance as the board
shifts forward and back, side to side, and up and down. Reach with the same arm to
open up your body. Make sure that the knee does not cave inwards. The movement is predominantly from the hip. Reach with the opposite arm
across your body. Keep the knee in a stable position. Relearning your balance on an unstable
surface is essential for maximizing your recovery and preventing re-injury!
