100 thoughts on “NFL Cheerleader, Bailey Davis, Allegedly Fired Over Instagram Post Speaks Out | Megyn Kelly TODAY”

  1. Megyn Kelly is a hatemonger, racist, and flat out liar. During her tenure at fox, aka state TV, she spent her days spreading hate across the American airwaves that have embedded itself into this nation like a growing cancer. Megyn helped spread that cancer. Inciting hundreds, if not thousands, of unreported assaults and possible murders committed by her fox news fans whipped into a frenzy after viewing one of her dog whistle hate segments. There is no room in our civilized democratic society for someone like her. BOYCOTT NBC MORNING SHOWS!!!!!

  2. This girl needs to go pay a visit to Judge Rosemarie Aquilina! She will certainly get this mess taken care of!!

  3. While I can see having cheerleaders at the high school and college level, NFL cheerleaders are a waste of time and money. At this time, the Packers, Bills, Steelers, Giants, Bears, and Browns do NOT have cheerleaders. They are the smart ones.

With respect to keeping these cheerleaders away from the team because the players are predators, well, I can see that. A former player for the Saints is now serving time for drugging and raping females around the nation.

As for the Saints, they would be wise to disband the cheerleaders. Same goes for the rest of the NFL teams with cheerleaders.

  4. This is not to discredit cheerleaders, but there is a huge difference between a cheerleader and a football player. The football players make the team millions of dollars and the cheerleaders are there to honestly model. If she was 300Ibs they sure wouldn’t have hired her so it was really about looks in the first place. She knew exactly what she was signing up for. It’s like comparing a backup dancer to Beyoncé. Or better yet it’s like the mascot being mad that they have different rules then the players. If she was a football player I would be all for her, but she’s not.

  5. "But the rules were that she couldn't do that".
Correct. Also correct? These rules are CRAP and belong in some backwards middle eastern country not in the US.

  6. Haha. Women today sue corporations that dont take drastic measures to protect against sexual misconduct. Now they want to sue corporations that do take drastic measures to protect against sexual misconduct. Cut the BS. They just want to money grab. Period. End of story.

  7. 4:00 why the stupiid laughter? Males of every species have a biological imperative to reproduce with sexually attractive women. This desire has been formed over millions of years. The more status, power, money, ability the guy has – the greater his drive to reproduce, This is basic elementary school level biology. We see it played out every day in the news. Why do these knuckle heads act all shocked and chagrined by basic human nature?

  8. The swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated is their top selling issue each year, because men love seeing beautiful women in skimpy clothes. The Saints attendance and viewership would probably go up if all the cheerleaders dressed like Bailey

  9. You go Baily… Don't feel rejected…God might be using you to turn this treatment around for the better for all cheerleaders of every kind of sports. .

  10. You go girl. Still today in the US we are still far from equal rights/respect. But this is ridiculous and I’m glad she is advocating.

  11. If you sign a contract not to appear nude, semi nude, or in lingerie, then YOU post a picture of yourself wearing lingerie, YOU broke the contract.
Take responsibility for your actions, own it, learn from it, and get on with your life.

  12. It’s not just the social media rules. These organizations treat these women like pieces of meat, pay them peanuts, then dictate every aspect of their lives. And, sadly, girls compete to join. The insane policies of these organizations are a frank confession of how much they hate women, so why don’t these young women see that? Sure, make NFL cheerleading abide by decent workplace standards, but the REAL goal is to create a world where no young woman would want this job and would laugh in the face of anyone suggesting she should waste her time cheering for some sports team when she could be pursuing her own career as a performer instead.

  13. For those saying "she signed a contract" and "she broke the rules, case closed". Bailey has already said she broke the rules and is NOT speaking out to get her job back. She is trying to change these dumb rules, not try and sign another contract. Football player, cheerleader, or engineer, these rules are ridiculous for ANY job.

  14. all power to them,NFL Players snuck and so does the ruling on what these woman can do or supposed to do

  15. I feel for the girl, truly I do. But if her contract prohibits her from appearing in a certain way, then she needs to adhere to the rules.

  16. Those rules are EXTREMELY ridiculous. How about if a LADY is eating at a restaurant, the player needs to leave.

  17. Megyn interrupts her guests far too often…finishing their sentences, speaking over them, paraphrasing. It's bad technique, unprofessional, and it's plain rude. She utilized much better 'interview technique' when she was on Fox News. I keep trying to give her the benefit of the doubt and continue to watch her, but she just keeps doing it. I watch LOTS of interview shows/talk shows and they do not do this. Its just her. If she continues, she, and the network she represents, will lose another viewer. Her stats are already bad. She has good guests and I know she can conduct as n excellent interview; I've seen her do it in the past. Why not consider stopping this behavior before the show goes under?

  18. Ive seen alot of this lately, cheerleaders being treated unfairly and getting paid very little. Even the lingerie football league doesn t pay their players.

  19. Aren't the uniforms "semi nude"? They certainly show far more flesh than the body suit photo. Isn't the visible exposure of flesh what defines nudity?

  20. My defense would be I used assigned uniforms to determine their standards regarding semi-nudity;measure exposed flesh inch by inch of the uniform and the body suit……Open and closed ….verdict wrongful termination by their own standards.

  21. You have got to be kidding me! And some of those boys are could end up being their husbands. not every man is looking for something else.

  22. You absolutely DID NOT WORK IS HARD AS A BALL PLAYER DOES.. IM SURE YOU WORKED HARD, BUT NOT THAT HARD. . AND IM A FEMALE..

  23. Is it just me, or are all these draconian rules aimed at preventing any sort of opportunity for a relationship between the cheer leaders and players? What sort of problems precipitated such exaggerated precautions? Did one or more the players wives sue the franchise for allowing conditions to arise?

  24. Equal rights I agree, just like the men, camera's should be allowed into the female locker room and pretend to interview THEM while waiting for that strategic nude shot.

  25. Smh plus the cheerleaders should get paid more after all the training and work they do and the whole restaurant business is stupid

  26. my best friend is a seagal (aka cheerleader) for the seahawks. it is INSANE the rules she has to follow in every category of her life — especially for being in such a progressive city. honestly ridiculously stomach churning

  27. Her body suit covers more than her cheerleading outfit does! What hypocrites! And for her to have a rule that she must leave a restaurant if a fellow player is there even if she was there FIRST is absolutely disgraceful not to mention asinine. Furthermore, the fact that the cheerleaders can't talk to the football players and have to block their Facebook accounts because the coaches say they want to protect the cheerleaders is really just a cover up for the fact that they don't want their team to look bad for dating each other or sleeping around. The PROBLEM with this is that they put all the responsibility and rules on the cheerleaders instead of making the football players do the same thing! Talk about a double standard!

  28. Final statement "meet an overly opinionated female judge"
    – you just killed your entire argument about gender equality.

  29. Although this is a bit extreme imagine if they were free to fraternize with the players. Imagine all the sexual abuse allegations and actual sexual harassment and lawsuits against players. There should be rules to stay away from the players but the other stuff is too much. Let them have lives and pay them. They have as much training and as many eyes on them as the players. Talk about a wage gap …

  30. She has a fair point w the fraternization rule regarding contact, but everything else is ridiculous. No one forced her to be a cheerleader. These broads get paid ~$100/game, so wtf do you think they’re doing it for? *cough*proximity to millionaites*cough BE HONEST!

  31. Blaaa Blaaa
Pero siguen trabajando ahí, no se porque se quejan, mejor dejen de recibir un sueldo por ser un aperitivo masculino y de esa manera empoderaran a las mujeres.

  32. This world is messed up. Women shouldn't be making these kinds of posts anyway, but obviously you have to be tasteful and professional if you are a professional

  33. you signed a contract agreeing to their ridiculous rules and then wants to whine once she blatantly breaks the rules…how silly

  34. Megyn: "So I'm guessing you didn't make a whole lot of money as a Saints cheerleader."

Bailey: "No, it was a part time job."

    Megyn: "So, like under $100,000."

LOL! That's why Megyn Kelly has her own show….she can relate so well to us common folk. I would love to live in her world where saying you have a part time job translates into "Oh, so you make under $100,000." While technically correct, it's just as true a saying "So, like under $1,000,000."

  35. Let's be honest. As soon as these rules are repealed we'll start having a #metoo movement of NFL cheerleaders who say they have been sexually harassed by NFL players, followed by lawsuits accusing the NFL of creating an unsafe environment for NFL cheerleaders to be harassed by NFL players.

  36. Look, the last thing they want is a cheerleader with a player scandal. The players get paid loads. This is their career. She is doing this as a part time job. It makes sense to me that they don’t want them to respond to players. I do think the players should have the same rules and not be allowed to message the cheerleaders.

  37. I cannot say that Cheer Leaders are useless because because they entertain the crowds during half time and they get the crowds to cheer for their team. Cheer Leaders work hard and have to be in top shape to perform their routines and the females have to look their best.

Law Suits like this and making demands on the teams will only result in the Team Owner deciding it is not worth it to even have a Cheer Leading Squad. The Bread and Butter and the Money Makers are the Players and NOT the Cheer Leaders. These Cheer Leaders are trying to be at the same level as the Players when they are NOT, they are "Extras" like how "Extras" are on a Movie or a Television Set. Television Cameras will pan on to the Cheer Leaders for a few seconds and then back to the Game because viewers want to see the game and not the Cheer Leaders.

The Players are the ones getting smashed in to and not the Cheer Leaders. They Players end up with brain injuries and risk getting crippled or paralyzed for life and not the Cheer Leaders. The job of the Player is dangerous which leaves them will injuries for life long after their playing days are over.

  38. these fraternization laws are just ridiculous all around. belittling and ridiculous i would never sign myself up for such restrictive contracts.

  39. Attorney she wasn’t fired for nothing
Ok rules, rules are there so there not broken bailey needs to understand she signed up for it and policy is you couldn’t engage
They will players when they get drunk they will be like ohh my you are cheerleader

  40. Basically the NFL know these women are whores and will sleep with anything for fame or money so they ban the players from going near them to protect the men from fake accusations. Cheerleaders are just eye candy, they are certainly not athletes.

  41. Lol too revealing. Kidding me, you should see the NFL calendar the cheerleading squad in my state just did. It looks like penthouse.

  42. These rules are crazy, but she obviously signed a contract and knew these were the rules. So she can't be mad now, she knew what they expected of her.

  43. So she got fired for dressing in a revealing body suit, yet her uniform is always a miniskirt and a cropped shirt???

  44. I think it's clear that what they're most worried about is that the football players and cheerleaders will date… why is that so bad?? Are they worried it will cause drama on the field or something if it goes wrong? What's the real concern about it?

  45. Why are they supposed to make a point of finding out if players are married if they're not allowed to associate with them anyway?

  46. It's not like their busting out these rules as they go….looks like these cheerleader's are signing these contract's as their hired on and now their filing suit …bs…and the first one…rules clearly said no langeri posts and that's clearly langeri!!!!!

  47. Honestly that body suit is not even flattering it breaks my heart she lost her job for an unflattering picture

  48. So did she get fired for being at a “party” or over an instagram post? They’re story sounds confusing.

  49. She was hired as a cheerleader, So she agreed to follow the rules set forth in her contract…..After she breaks the rules, She wants to get paid for her own negligence and stupidity…….
