Hey, I am going to teach you a dance routine. This is for beginners, but it has a few intermediate moves. So it might be a bit of a challenge if you have never danced before. Take a look! Use the free exercises on my Youtube channel to help you improve you moves. During this routine we applying these techniques: Bouncing, upper body isolation, neck isolation. And we do various moves in between de routine. Let’s get started! And….have fun! Close your legs. Hands on your waistbelt. Then bend your knees on 1……2 You start out bending the knees and then your hips to the front. And then your chest. It’s 1…….2 Step out with your right leg. And your arms go at the same time. Rotate your forearm on 3. Switch your position. Land on 4. Your arms stay at a 90 degrees angle.
