So, I’m here on count six. What I’m going
to do next for seven and eight is shake. I’m going to shake from one side to the other.
So, I’ve gone from five, back to six, shake seven, eight. I’m going to move slightly to
my left. Seven is right, eight is right. So five, six, seven, eight. So as I’m moving
my hips, I’m moving my arms in the same way. They’re not in opposition. I’m moving my hips
the same way as I’m moving my arms. Straightening them a little bit and bringing them back closer
to my body. So I’m here on six, or I’m here on five, I bring it back to six, shake seven,
eight. I’m cocking my weight to one side and then the other. Never really locking my knees
out, I’m just playing with body positions at this point. I’m moving my hips left, left.
Well right, left, right. And again. So what I’m going to do is pop to my left, back to
my right, back to my left, back to my right. It’s really fast and easy. So, here five,
six, shake seven, eight.
