Pep Rally Dance Routine for Pop Songs : Pep Rally Dance Third 3 & 4 Counts


So, I’m here on seven, eight, one, two, three,
you’re going to end with your left hand flexed in front of you, your right arm is behind
you. And, you’re leaning forward just as you were in your clasp in the eight count before,
but your hands are in fists facing the ground. This motion is called buckets. Again, I’ll
show you from the side. I’m bent at my waist, arms are in front of me, palms are facing
downward. So, I’ve taken you three, and, I straighten my knees, four. I bring them back
to my waist in blades; my palms are facing my stomach. So I’m here on three, and, four.
There’s a lot of bouncing as far as your knees go, straightening them, bending them, and
straightening them again, and that gives you a nice sense of levels to play with when you’ve
got your whole squad together. So I’m here on three, and, four. I stay nice and tight
and I’m not slapping my stomach, but just bringing my arms back nice and controlled
for four.
