Real Olympic Boxer Fights In Creed: Rise To Glory • Professionals Play

oh I got a person running me I’m in the room [Music] my name is Michaela Mayer I am here 2016 US Olympian for women’s boxing now eight know as a professional and your NABF junior lightweight champion so I randomly picked up boxing as a teenager started somewhat late for someone who’s pursuing an Olympic dream I walked him to the gym when I was 17 years old totally fell in love with the sport made the Olympic team when I was 26 and recently turned pro last August I signed with top-ranked emotions as their first and only female it was until about last year that promoters started picking up women so it’s really a revolutionary time for women’s boxing I really don’t know how my skills are gonna translate I guess it depends how realistic this is actually gonna beep rookie Pro or champion I’m a champion so dry first champion oh my gosh it’s like a movie that’s like I’m sitting in a chair it’ll be whoa it’s a boxing gym oh my gosh ok so it’s taking me I’m walking through the gym right now and I’m in front of the heavy bag let’s go over the basics first get the fundamentals down and the rest of the easy oh my god it’s giving me directions on how to block how to do it now I’m on a treadmill personally the gummy heart out of the ring to give you now quite far in there and win oh I got a person in front of me I’m in the ring his name is Luke oh great he’s got zero wins like ale looks like a leprechaun pull the top [Applause] it’s a word but I can’t turn them okay knock your down again Oh everybody to block if you walked in my jaw it was really amazing Oh oh yeah that was a good workout should be a in this game that’s just weird cuz you’re right in front of your opponent and it Kohli goes again like what coach I’ll tells me to see you’re right there in front so you half the block and punch off I literally just use my boxing IQ for that game I want to practice my other punches so I felt like the one-two was like working and I’m I don’t know my distance with my hook ditch fighting the guy is 35 and 25 record about big muscles in the game [Music] [Music] okay you know that I feel like I’m hitting in my chanson should go down like you have to be very defensive I feel like [Applause] Oh No like that [Applause] [Applause] letting anything come on hidden with a million much diseases one nice a little different than real-life boxing only because you’re not moving and circling you’re standing right in front of your opponent I think the threat when I first started I was just trying to throw 1/2 through the head but it actually wants you to dip and slip and roll and work the body hit low high I wasn’t big on video games that I would def I could definitely see myself playing virtual reality game [Music]

  1. I wonder how she feels about playing a game of a sport that she made her career and getting punched without being able to feel it

  2. Women should not box … it's not in their nature … in the end, anything that women could achieve there, would be worse than what a man can achieve … its not only a waste of time …

Women with cuts on their faces and broken noses … no man finds this attractive

  3. I literally just got done playing Creed rise to glory and I busted my lip so now I have a cotton ball in my mouth cuz I bent down to punch someone and busted my lip on a table

  4. VR needs to recognise head movements. The eye toy had a better boxing game as you could actually duck and move your head.

  5. I had a 30% chance instinct that her dominant had was her left
I was hella confused when she started jabbing to the left lol

  6. You should get her to try the same thing with the Oculus Quest and Creed to see if the lack of wires and more open space will make the game more realistic and fun. I use a 12×12 ft space for Creed and find the room a good amount to move and Dodge punches.

  7. I thought about getting VR specifically for this game and I'm glad I didn't waste my money. I know it can't be perfectly accurate to real boxing but this phonebooth fighting is for the birds, looks like garbage.

  8. No hate but she has a tendency to drop her left when she throws that right, that seems like a rookie mistake yet she's undoubtedly an olympian
