  1. Hey Jared, I was wondering if you could make a video, if there isn't already one on your site, about indoor exercises you can do since it's the snow season and I myself can't make it to an indoor facility.

  2. Thank you Jared for uploading soccer videos with the best steps and tips with it. But I really want to learn on How to do The Bicycle Kick. If you have time, can you upload one for me?? Thanks a lot in advance.

  3. For tryout advice, click the "View All OSA Videos" button on your Online Soccer Academy profile (it's free, sign up if you aren't a member) and then search for the video titled "Soccer Tryouts Advice – Soccer Tips". That will help you a lot. Then go out and practice! Or search that video on youtube.

  4. I've got a specific indoor video coming up in next few weeks. For now I'd say go watch the videos and the ones that require little space apply them to indoors. Good luck and stay warm!

  5. You are welcome! Thanks for suggesting I do a How to do a Bicycle Kick video. I appreciate it. But unfortunately I will not be making a bicycle kick how to video. I don't want any players getting hurt trying it from my video. My first goal as your coach is to keep you healthy and fit. If you are not fit and injured then you can't play soccer/football and I don't want that! Sorry I can't make this video for you. I hope you understand.

  6. Yes, it's a Malouda flick. To learn the Malouda Flick, click the "View All OSA Videos" button on your Online Soccer Academy profile (it's free, sign up if you are not a member) and then select the "How to do a Malouda Flick" video; that will help you. Or search on youtube for my Online Soccer Academy video tilted "Freestyle Soccer – How to do a Malouda Flick".

  7. If you are new to push ups and sit ups I'd suggest doing 4 sets of 10 push ups each set. Then increase reps per set each week. For sit ups be creative and do as many as you can and different variations.

  8. I was just wondering, how often do you do these leg workouts? I feel like if you did this every day it'd be counterproductive because you'd peak or slow your growth if you did this too often

  9. hej jared wanna ask how many times of this 30 minute training should be done in every week?? i recently got got a stress fracture and i think it depends on the trainings i did every day, some advice?

  10. I've got a indoor vid coming soon. Most of our vids that don't require much space you can apply them to indoors. For fitness and a stamina video, click the "View All OSA Videos" button and then search for the "Soccer Fitness Tempo Runs" video. That will help a lot! Also the 30 Minute Training Sessions have a lot of fitness with the ball built into them so do those too.
    Have fun!

  11. At the moment I don't have any goalie videos. Sorry. I do plan on having goalkeepers guest feature in Online Soccer Academy training videos at some point to teach goalie training but for now I don't have anything. My advice is to go on youtube and search "St. Louis Goalkeeping Academy" and they have some good goalie videos for you. Hope that helps!

Watch my "How to Chip a Soccer Ball" video and that will help with your goal kicks!

  12. No, sorry. For now rest a lot and ice. If it doesn't heel in a few days go see a doctor for professional advice. Good luck!

  13. No right answer to that one. This particuliar session you don't want to do everyday. But you can add in leg workouts 1-3 times a week.

  14. Loving your videos man! 😀 Each one of these videos helps me get better at my skills, tricks, and basically everything, that much more every video! 😀

  15. LOL! Thanks! I retired with an injury. Think of me as a coach now, not a player even though I'm still a player at heart!

  16. Are you supposed to do the sessions multiple times, over time, or just once then move on to the one on next weeks video?

  17. I'd do them multiple times over time. It's okay to do the same session multiple times, just don't do it every day in a row. That would be boring for your training!

  18. Hey jared i hav sub and liked. My friends say i take free kicks absolutly like ronaldo the dip in and the knuckle ball but i think i hav done this unknowinly so wuld u pls tell me how to take freekicks better and increase my accuracy..

  19. I don't have a knuckleball video yet. I have a bending ball. That is a free kick style. For bending/curving the ball, click the "View All OSA Videos" button on your Online Soccer Academy profile (it's free, sign up if you aren't a member) and then search for the video titled "How to Bend a Soccer Ball. That will help you a lot. Then go out and practice! Or search that video on youtube.

  22. I know this sounds a bit weird but I'm trying to get into my former football shape. As I've aged my legs have become a bit bigger than they should be and they used to be sort of like yours. My goal is to size them down again similar to what yours are. What exercises should I do apart from just plain running? I've never actually trained football so I don't know all the fancy workout routines. All I need is the basics calf and thigh exercises I guess. Yes I know I'm posting on an old video.

  23. Hey , I just wanna know how i can improve my grip on the ball WITH Shoes,
I can play really good and have good ball control when bare foot, but when it comes to shoes .my ball control decreases . 🙁
    any advice ? 🙂 PLEASE 😛
