Switch For Good Dairy Free – Why Olympic Athletes Are Ditching Dairy (And You Should Too)

In my mind, I think of milk sort of like meth you can choose to ingest it for fun and recreation, but in no sense of anyone’s imagination can it be considered healthful or good for you. I’ve never crossed an athlete that drinks milk during a performance or milk to start a performance. People they pay attention to what type of fuel they put in their vehicle, but they don’t even think about the fuel they put in their own body. I definitely don’t recommend cows milk to anyone other then a baby cow. We don’t realize how bad dairy is, so I usually recommend if there’s one thing that you do change, cut out dairy. My advice for athletes who are thinking about dropping dairy is do it immediately. You don’t need milk after infancy, no-one does. Dairy was one of those items that I took away literally for one day, and the very next day I could just breath a lot better. I feel like I’m really digesting, and I can breath well. Once I cut out dairy from my diet, my allergies completely went away. I could take deeper breaths. I felt as though I was getting more oxygen. The biggest way that I saw my performance change when I dropped dairy was in my recovery. I started recovering faster then I ever had before. I started just feeling like a machine. I don’t drink cows milk because its not going to do anything for my training, it’s not going to do anything for my well being, but be a hindrance. You’ll see that your athletic performance probably improves so much more, and you’ll be kicking yourself in the ass for not doing it earlier. My names Rebecca Soni. Malachi Davis. Kendrick Farris. Kara Lang Romero. Dotsie Bausch. Brendan Brazier. Jennie Reed. Seba Johnson. I made the switch for good. For good! I am proud to be dairy free.
