  1. if a small guy or small arm grabs , that maybe ok …but not applicable against 6 footer with strong body and arm

The only weird situation I have seen in a BJJ class was when the BJJ instructor had some girls from the Karate class come over and do a challenge where the BJJ guys were supposed to try and take the girls down and the girls were allowed only to kick anywhere they wanted except in the testicles. They were allowed to wear any type of footwear they wanted. 

    If we succeeded in taking them down then we would win, and if we tapped out from being kicked to many times then we would lose.

    To the instructors credit, we were allowed to have headgear and wear a cup.

    Other than that the instructor was good.

  4. I was taught you SHOULDN'T bend over when performing an arm bar. You want to keep your back erect, maintaining control of your adversary while keeping said adversary in a constant state of unbalance.

  7. I don't know any karate, I don't know Krav Maga and I don't study any kind of self-defense techniques. All I do, is on occasion I have two very close friends who in an emergency I won't hesitate to consult them. They go by the names of, Smith & Wesson.

It is an awesome one of a kind product for learning self effective defence moves minus the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my best friend Jordan after a lifetime of fighting got cool results with it.

  9. I think people think this is for beating up bullies. It’s really not. I appreciate the video, but if you want to learn self-defense or martial arts because you love it, then you should do it in real life. Don’t ezpect yourself to watch it, and then magically be able to beat up kids or challenge someone to a fight.

It is a great one off guide for learning self effective defence moves without the headache. Ive heard some awesome things about it and my mate at last got amazing results with it.

  12. This isn't going to work. No one "attacks" you by simply grabbing your shirt. They're usually hitting you with empty hands or a weapon. If someone does grab your shirt, it's a set up to a haymaker or hook punch to your head. By the time you try to do your fancy wrist lock or whatever, you would've been hit. Karate will get you beaten or killed in the streets with this nonsense. Check my video to see real life attacks on Karatekas.

  16. Dear Sir,

    Victims are generally less trained than their opponents, so blocks or even through would do a better job instead of hitting and kicking.

    In my oppinion, the first move can work against smaller, but handling a stronger, taller opponent would need lifting the grabbing hand and sweeping his leg to lay him flat on the floor.

    As for the second move a side block of soto uke like will help more thane the elbow. especially against an popponent with longer hands.

    My recommendation for the lady is not to just touch the shinbones and then making the evasive movement, and running away, as properly signalled by the women.

  17. In my school, i am the most powerful in my batch, but those others have some sources and some relations with the seniors, so they come to buly me they come in tens so i avoid them, dont fight back just ignore, but i want to sometime beat them all together

  19. For the second one there’s a pressure point on the neck that’s so easy to get to no matter what they are doing but honestly, all the strikes he showed there wouldn’t be enough
