WALL STRETCHING EXERCISE FOR MIDDLE SPLIT – Gymnastics Fitness Cheer Cheerleading Tumbling


So I’ve gotten a few requests to do a stretching video I actually made a stretching video a little ways back and I’ll put a link in the description below to that but I didn’t include splits in that one So I’m going to show you guys today an exercise that I used to do against the wall that helped me a lot with my splits. You are going to lay on your back on the floor or you can do this on your bed Slide all the way up against the wall And just let gravity pull your legs down and try and hold that for about 20 minutes. You can read a book or listen to music and just try and relax.
